All work from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cm-oeiras.pt\/pt\">Oeiras<\/a>, some being based in the city\u2019s business and technology parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Altogether, the six organisations correspond to almost a third of the total of 21 entities that in Portugal earned this quality seal from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.top-employers.com\/en\/\">Top Employers Institute<\/a>, the main global certifier specialised in recognising the excellence of people management policies and practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the Certification Programme, participating companies can be validated, certified and recognised by that institute as reference employers in their markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The certification programme, developed on the basis of a global methodology, assesses transversal areas such as: people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certification may be awarded by country, at regional and at global level. In the case of organisations with a presence in Oeiras, Novartis, Sandoz and SAP received certification both at national, European and global levels.
