It is important to take care of our mental and emotional health, just as we take care of our physical health, although often such aspects are not given sufficient attention. It is in this <ins>&nbsp;<\/ins>context that the <a href=\"https:\/\/be4you.agilefactor.pt\/\">Be4you <\/a>project, developed by <a href=\"https:\/\/essatla.pt\/\">Atl\u00e2ntica Health School (ESSATLA)<\/a>, emerges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main goal of this project is to offer an innovative service platform to support adults over 45 in maintaining their mental health and well-being, promoting appropriate habits and behaviors that can lower the general health risk of community members. The platform offers a preventative and active approach, intent on accompanying people throughout their lives by managing and monitoring the evolution of their well-being according to their attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atl\u00e2ntica Health School relied on the collaboration of several partners for the implementation of this project. In the health services domain, both the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.germanodesousa.com\/en\/\">Germano de Sousa Group &#8211; Laboratory Medicine Center<\/a> and the Atl\u00e2ntica University\u2019s Health School were involved, the <a href=\"https:\/\/agilefactor.pt\/\">AgileFactor <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inov.pt\/en\/index.html\">INOV <\/a>supported the technological areas, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ribeiroseguros.pt\/\">Ribeiro Seguros <\/a>facilitated the design of innovative insurance packages aimed at disease prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure the best possible service, it is necessary to increase the number of beneficiaries on the platform, which offers a wide variety of services and products provided by community partners.
