The Edifício Simulador I building has already been completed and will house the new headquarters of the technological company PHC Software in Portugal.
Taguspark has a new building, Edifício Simulador I, where the technological company PHC Software will be based. The building, which results from an investment of 12 million euros by the country’s largest science and technology park, has an area of around four thousand square metres and capacity for 250 people.
It is in this space, located in Lot 33 of Taguspark, close to the central nucleus and Nelson Mandela Square, that PHC Software, specialised in the development of management solutions, will set up its headquarters.
“The completion of this work is a decisive step towards the implementation of an innovative project that will allow PHC Software to fulfil its goals of happiness in the workplace and best experience at work”, begins Eduardo Baptista Correia, CEO of Taguspark, quoted from a press release. The official also stresses that “it is with great satisfaction that we are able to welcome a company like PHC, which recognised in Taguspark the ecosystem and the ideal location to continue its path of innovation and national and international development”.
PHC says that, with the move to this new venue, it intends to improve its employees’ work experience and “redefine the workplace model”.
“We want PHC Software to be a benchmark for working in Portugal and Europe. And this building will allow us to build the experience we envisioned, providing us with all the conditions we need to make working for PHC even more pleasurable”, says Ricardo Parreira, the company’s CEO.
“The space we are going to create in the building will be an ecosystem of corporate culture and creativity, which will add value to our employees, but also to our partners, customers and the local community. It signals the growth of our company, but also reflects the conditions offered by Taguspark and Oeiras, highlighted Ricardo Parreira.
The opening of PHC Software’s new headquarters in Oeiras is scheduled for the first half of this year.
