Taguspark
Taguspark is characterised by being a large land area where small and medium-sized companies, consulting companies and technical services and headquarters of large companies can be set up. Started in the 1990s, there are now more than 150 entities and about 13,000 people work there. The goal of Taguspark is to promote interaction between companies, I&D institutions and universities and also create an environment of international competition.
Lagoas Park
This business park includes a set of 14 office buildings where more than 100 companies are established, mainly in the food, automotive, banking, construction, sports, real estate, oil/gas, health and technology sectors. As well as office buildings, the park includes other infrastructures such as the Hotel Lagoas Park, LagoasFut, a central square with a shopping and restaurant area, an area of green spaces, a school, a health center, among others. About 5,000 people currently work in Lagoas Park.
Quinta da Fonte
The park has 24 buildings where about 4,000 people work. Companies from the banking, biotechnology, automobile trade, construction, consulting, design, pharmaceutical, real estate management, IT, public works, advertising, insurance, information technology and telecommunications sectors are established here, among others. The park offers a wide range of commercial services and a health club.
Arquiparque
1,600 people currently work in this park. This infrastructure includes office buildings; residential buildings; restaurant areas. The main sectors of the companies established there are: pharmaceutical, health, IT, financial, telecommunications, real estate, consulting, electronics and cosmetics.
Agrotech Campus
Located in the Science and Technology Campus of Quinta do Marquês, the Agrotech Campus is a campus of innovation and research whose main objectives are to facilitate research and experimental development in the areas of Agriculture and Forestry, animal and plant welfare, Technology and Innovation for Bioeconomics. The Campus concentrates the main national I&D entities in this area, such as the Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology António Xavier (ITBQ NOVA), the National Institute of Agrarian and Veterinarian Research (INIAV) and the Institute of Experimental and Technological Biology (IBET).
